MANILA, Philippines - At least two people were injured after figuring in a predawn road accident along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City.
Radio dzBB reported Wednesday that one of the injured was identified as Jeff Santos, driver of the black Chevrolet vehicle (ZLT-709) that crashed into the center island.
Santos, who suffered cuts in the face, said he was forced to swerve toward the center island to avoid two pedestrians who suddenly crossed the road.
His male passenger, who was not immediately identified, was also rushed to a nearby hospital. - GMANews.TV
