MANILA, Philippines - Police in Manila are now tracking down a passenger jeep whose driver hit a pedestrian along Rizal Avenue in downtown Sta. Cruz in Manila before dawn Tuesday.
Radio dzBB reported early Tuesday that the victim, Vincent de Guzman, succumbed to multiple head injuries after being hit by the jeep (NXT-724).
Initial investigation showed de Guzman was crossing the street when the jeep hit him and sped away toward Monumento in Caloocan City. - GMANews.TV
