TV5 will face its first challenge—the dearth
of GMA-7 stars, directors, and production staff.
Nagmistulang biggest
star of the night si Lucy Torres-Gomez, who did the last dance in promoting her
Shall We Dance: The Search for the Dancing Superstar, ang kaisa-isang ABC-5 show na kabilang pa rin sa TV5 Primedia.
Lucy is host of the
Q11 lifestyle show The Sweet Life and is seen once in a while in GMA-7 shows,
her last being a special participation in Mga Mata ni Anghelita that was
scripted by head writer Benedict Mique, now the top creative man of TV5.
May dalawa pang
artistang Kapuso sa launch—Eat Bulaga regulars BJ Forbes, who has a
Saturday-Sunday morning children show Toogs, and Brazilian Diana Menezes, who
will host Ogags with another Brazilian fly-in, Ariana Barouk (na dati ring nasa
Eat Bulaga!), every Wednesday at 10 p.m.
Have Baby, Will Travel.
regular shows sa GMA-7 ay no-show, 'tulad nina Bobby Andrews, na nasa Codename: Asero and
part of Have Baby, Will Travel, and Carlo Aquino, na nasa Rakista ni Quark
Henares.
Sa presscon ng Loving
You ng Regal Entertainment kahapon, August 8, nakita ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment
Portal) si Manay Lolit Solis, manager ni Paolo. We asked about her talent's status
on the TV5 show.
"Ay, hanggang five
episodes lang siya, anak, yung mga nakunan niya," sabi ni Manay Lolit.
We asked the talent manager
what will happen after Episode 5.
hosts or main stars of the horror anthology also written by two GMA-7 writers, Aloy
Adlawan (Magdusa Ka) and Jules Katanyag (Codename: Asero).
Tinawagan ng PEP si
Aloy about this. Ang alam niya raw, papayagan si Paolo to finish the first
season but his meeting was two nights ago pa.
kay Direk Mark Reyes, who directed the Have Baby, Will Date, and asked him if he
will continue directing the show.
"Oh, it's canned na [the pilot month]. I was allowed
by GMA to do the four episodes of Love books for its pilot month. Hindi na ako
pupuwede afterwards," saad ng direktor ng Codename: Asero.
