A family of four, including a Swedish national, was murdered in Sibonga, Cebu during the onslaught of Typhoon Frank last Sunday.
Police identified the victims as Swedish national Alfonso Melker, his wife Maria Serenita Viksten and their children Serena Alfeda and Johannes Alf.
Investigators said the victims were shot first before being burned. Their bodies were found at different areas inside their house.
Police said the victims’ death may have something to do with their lending business.
