MANILA, Philippines - Taxi drivers in Cebu province are complaining over an alleged delay in the delivery of stickers that would allow them to collect a compulsory P10 tip from passengers.
Radio dzBB's Cebu affiliate reported early Friday that taxi drivers were getting restless over when they can get the stickers so they can be entitled to the P10 tip.
Starting Friday, taxi drivers can collect an added P10 tip, but the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) said they must first have the stickers on their cabs.
The report said the taxi drivers were told that the stickers for the P10 tip were "delayed." - GMANews.TV
