A drunken man who ran wild was stabbed to death by his neighbor in a building in Tondo, Manila early Sunday.
An initial investigation showed that the incident happened around 2:30 a.m after the fatality, Booby Hongco, threatened his neighbors with a knife and attacked a woman at an apartment in Katuparan St.
Because the victim was uncontrollable, a neighbor suddenly seized the knife from Hongco and stabbed him several times.
The suspect, identified only as ‘Nonoy’, immediately escaped after the stabbing incident.
Police said a follow-up investigation is ongoing.
