Eight people died in a smash up between two passenger buses in Pamplona, Camarines Sur early Tuesday.
Police said 30 other passengers were injured in the accident and were brought to the Bicol Medical Center.
Police investigators said the bloody accident took place around 3 a.m. on the in Barangay San Ramon highway in Pamplona town.
An Executive Carrier bus driving north crashed into a Silver Star bus from Tacloban City, instantly killing eight people.
