Cebu LPG blast hurts 4

Four people were hurt following an explosion caused by a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tank inside an apartment in Cebu Tuesday night.

The victims included three students and a babysitter. All four were slightly injured during the incident that happened in front of the Pardo Elementary School.

The victims were unidentified as of posting time.

Before the explosion, some residents said they smelled a gas leak coming from the apartment of Carlota Jermanie.

Jermanie's neighbors escaped unhurt from their homes during the blast.
