MANILA, Philippines Lawmen rounded up 413 so-called Rugby boys in an overnight drive on Tuesday and Wednesday in Manila, the Manila Police District (MPD) revealed on Thursday.
Of those captured, 331 are adults and 82 are minors. Rugby is a brand name of rubber cement whose fumes some people sniff to get high.
The drive was conducted from 8 p.m. of Tuesday to 1 a.m of Wednesday by members of the MPD, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), and the Department of Social Welfare Department (DSWD).

(DAID), said the operations were part of the massive drive against drug abuse in the capital city.
Mariano said the MPDs drive will continue in coordination with the PDEA and the DSWD.
The 82 minors are now in the custody of the DSWD and different police stations, while 55 of the adults were taken to the Rescue Action Center (RAC), 26 to the Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, and to the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) in Mandaluyong.
The Ermita district accounted for the most number of those rounded up, followed by Sta. Cruz and Quiapo. - GMANews.TV
